Bring your vision to life with Partii Design. From our discovery meeting to our conceptual design and right down to placing your rug down on your newly laid hardwood, we’ll lead the way with professional guidance.
This is where we start! Our first meeting is spent learning about your style and wishes for the project. We will provide our professional recommendations and gather all information necessary to provide an estimate for our design services.
Starting at $250.00 +HST
Additional costs for travel may be applicable*
Once the estimate is approved, we collect a security deposit and schedule a date to begin your design. It is important to not wait too long to reach out to a designer as the more time we have to plan, the smoother process is.
The fees for this service vary depending the scope of the project to be designed and the clients involvement.
Examples of documents we provide our as follows:
concept plan(s) to scale (plan view and elevations if necessary)
plumbing and lighting plans (*if required in your project)
material selection samples (*if required in your project)
A visual board called a "mood board" including color schemes, suggested furniture, lighting and accessories
This service will include the conceptual design package mentioned above PLUS:
A more "hands on" experience from our team. We will offer you a continuous follow-up service with yourself and necessary trades until the final completion of your project.
Professional drawing packages prepared by our BCIN certified designer for builders and contractors to commence construction.
